by whole soybeans・・・Pressure:1.3~1.5kg/cm3 for 30~35minutes
Refrigeration Process
Cooled to 5 ℃
Fermentation process
35~40℃ for 18~20houres
It suggess split soybean.
If you would steam the potatoes,it could be good.
